What do we think about HR selections?

Sh-tshow.
HR cut were close to 52%. Horizons is gone, only faces at a few recruiting events, nominated development like GWKDP, CLF, CHAMP all in “HOLD”. Those with less time at CVX were kept while those with knowledge were left standing. New L3 and L4 kept their besties and many jobs were “held” and not filled even though there were a few hundred left standing. Oh and heaven forbid if you ever spoke up about leaders not being accountable or how they got the big increases. You were immediately placed in the chopping block regardless of you talent or tenure.
Most shocking to land jobs were GL, PL, DW. ELT missed biggly with these 3.
Looks like HRDP’ers were golden and others with minimal experience had strong management support to stay on.
I can’t wait to see the showdown between two “incredibly authentic, inspiring, and down to earth” leaders - JL and PL.
Whatever it is, they didn’t cut enough.

I’m just curious what we will accomplish in the next 4-6 months. Between training my replacement and learning the new job, on top of training our scabs.. seems like a lot of distraction.
Still get a paycheck tho, so that’s cool.
It’s cr-p. Get another job as soon as you can. Brown nose until you secure another position and scoot outta there!
