Easy, get rid of every Director on up through Scampath. Bo-m problem solved. They are all useless.

When upper management is terrible and unable to drive revenue accretion without adding a new line item to the bill with a bogus fee, the really bad days are not far off. A company can only reduce so many employees and ship so many jobs overseas.
They should just RIF 90%. Keep the groups that file financial information and taxes. One price plan, $35 for real unlimited everything. Keep 100 Customer Service reps and if a customer calls, they are charged $25. There should be nothing to call about. Equipment previously was at breakeven and now that is never going to happen again. When is the last time that VZ was first at anything productive, how about never

Just keep your head down and do your job. Don’t look unhappy. Don’t complain. But if you feel at risk, start updating resume and look for jobs. That’s all you can control
