@cn reality check. Even if they’re managers everyone let go was a human. A high performer with financial obligations, kids, parents, rent, to take care of people who spent years working their as__s off not just someone who would lay you off. Where is your compassion? Get your facts straight
@cn this is absolutely not true. Individual contributors were also let go, let’s not contribute to the groundswell of misinformation here
theres no point, all that got laid off was C-suite and managers. THe normal everydey employee was unaffected. These are people who will have a new job in days, nothing to feel sad about, these are the people who wouldve laid you off without hesitation.
Huh? Remembrance for what? HCSC isn’t the first or last company having lay offs.. the laid off employees are getting severance pay and can re-apply if they want.
