Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

How did things turn out in SJV?

There were talks of doom and gloom but word of mouth didn’t seem operations was affected very much if at all?

I had my doubts but after being inundated with leadership messages on day one of how amazing things were going to be I’m not worried at all!

There’s multiple gaps in each field where personal used to be and no transition plan. You would think after multiple re-orgs and a year of leadership knowing this was going to happen it’s possible to have the system down. Nope! Then add the degenerates who are looking at bathroom toilet paper dispensers and installing windows instead of personnel moves. I wonder why the company is where it’s at??

Some functions did ok.ops and fe weren’t bad. Subsurface was cut roughly in half between lay offs and moves to Houston. It just depends on which group.

No reason to believe a word from ELT. Not a word.
