@x5 funny thing is I share similar info from other sources like Forbes etc with my manager and she refused to even read them. lol I told her the entire team feels that way which is why the retro scores have been droppings since 1/1/25.
Response was my position was removed in the reorg on 8/15 even though our reorg was 6 months and I got laid off.
Naturally the team can’t keep up and doesn’t understand the work as they are all offshore and not trained. But the last few retro’s had worse scores and the product owner said I thought those scores shoulda been better cause they got rid of me and he was told that’s why the scores were bad cause I was sabotaging it lol
It's a weird cult. Some people can royally sc--w up time and time again and get away with it. People are afraid and threatened when reporting the issues up the chain, so they endure the incompetence and extra work. All the mumbo jumbo buzzwords that EVPs are currently spewing on Yammer is really a huge load of 🐎💩
@x5 Senior leaders don't care as long as they can squeeze the work of 2 or more people out of you then tell you its career development.
Hey MetLife. I know you’re watching this board. Maybe stop grinding people into the dust.

Toxic and unsafe. The MetLife space at 200 Park is riddled with roaches. Maybe it's time the city health inspectors have a look.
Inept people managers are causing significant, unnecessary mental health distress. Their lack of tangible work and failure to add value means they are not contributing to the New Frontier strategy. Their salaries represent wasteful spending and operational inefficiency, and their positions should be terminated.
