Things are now in motion that cannot be undone.
Just call in sick and take a wa-k like nothing happened.
It'd be better for management then. Won't have to look people in the eye as "they care" about us and how "we all look out for each other" in these unpredictable times in the oil and gas industry.
Plus…what forum…could be an email announcement with a recorded video so all the execs can high five over the granite table in their board room.
