Customers are not leaving because of IT. Although I agree the website is not user friendly to the average person. People are tired of the ridiculous rate increases. Tired of the betrayal. One year we have an awesome product and competitively priced and the following year we jack up the rates and a year later we drop the program. Look at the part d products this year. Who needs competition when you can destroy yourself!

It’s shocking!! This Machine Mach is involved in corruption affairs bullying of employees and potential discrimination. He still continues to work at the company. Don’t know why Scott Morgan and Mike Frank continue to support him?
@a7 Troll. None of your post is remotely true. Here is the issue with social media platforms, it allows people to be their worst selves. If it makes you happy to spread these lies, seek help or at leat get out of your mom's basement and let the sun shine on you for a little bit. Truth is, most of the leadership that had to sever their people were blindsided by this, and many were very upset.

ATA Machu boy is not good at engineering services. the feedback from iT product is that he is good at other deep throat services keeping our IT pms happy healthy so they can deliver the products

There are chatters that Mach takes commissions from giving business to vendors. He also had an affair with an employee in his organization. Now his performance is so bad. He should be on a PIP. Why is Scott Morgan giving him favors?
I am ambivalent regarding Mach. I am just rank and file so perhaps there is more to him. From my lowly position he seems ok. He tries to keep devs employed and busy... so far hasn't really lied about anything. doesn't rock the boat because I think he cares for his job like most people.
This is pretty weird. Do we really think many people are choosing their health insurer based on their IT uptime or how good their app is?

Rightly said. He has no skills to lead an IT organization. So many outages for the members website and apps.
