Pre Install CX pros were hit with layoffs this morning, and I’m sure other departments were affected as well. Some really good people were let go. It’s frustrating to see some of the more dedicated employees I’m sure replaced with cheaper offshore labor

Sunrun IT suffered major layoffs to management and senior agents.
The entire CEE call center ( lead generation) were all laid off, the CEE side of the business is completely went under and not a single word has been spoken about it, acting like nothing happened. The company is sinking
