Per policy I submitted my vacation hours prior to starting vacation and also to ensure I wouldn’t have a missing time card (and not get paid).
We couldn’t work from Sep 2 to Sep 22 due to loss of access. But they sure as heck still docked my vacation accrual for the days I pre-entered for post layoff days Arghh.
Kicking myself in the butt.

@ch I did. They won’t change it stating it was pre-approved vacation. That really means nothing to me. I was basically forced to continue my vacation after being laid off.
Send email to payroll and your manager telling them about it. I don't know what group you were in or how they do vacation planning accounting, but tell them, it's probably something that can be fixed.
