Thread regarding Follett layoffs

It’s about time for STIP payments, and…

…crickets.

For those who don’t get quarterly bonuses (like CM3s), this is the time of year we have been waiting for. Some sort of proof that the overwhelming workload and complete lack of recognition was at least a tiny bit worth it.

But still nothing announced. Except maybe that “merit” increase, small enough to be insulting.

There are still people in the company who remember the sizable bonuses folks used to be able to earn. Ask them.

Whatever you're eligible for now, it's an insult... only made worse because the bonus ceiling can't be reached in most cases. OTC isn't interested in sharing success... it's so much easier to bet against the leaders in the field.

S. Bone doesn't just not care about you and your campuses. He's working against you. I'm sure the "Student CEO" would disagree, but one of you should open that kid's eyes before he commits to a company that's being ki-led by his very own bosses.

What a surprise!
Perhaps you can be a CEO and work your bottom off for small compensation.
Every day the Ivory Tower proves there a associate in the field (aka the profit centers - where money is made) that think they have jobs with futures.
CEOs are salaried so put in your 80 to 90 hours and be proud Senior Executive!
