Anyone else have issues with their pets seeming depressed? Not only is my spouse upset that I'm never home and misses our lunchtime walks and heathy food prepared together, but my cat has acted strange ever since I stopped returning home until the evening. Last year, it was only 3 days in the office and I was typically home in the early afternoon. Now, with full time RTO, he stays in the garage all day, according to my spouse. He always runs to the door when I get home, but then disses me again and goes back to the garage. He used to always hang out in the house with us before this year. It b-ms me out that this has affected him as well.

Seriously, evaluate if you need to stay at AT&T & go into the office 5 days a week, or find a job who will allow telecommuting.
I know the feeling. I am depressed because I can't get much golfing in anymore.
My neighbor is complaining as he doesn't have company for afternoon booze sessions anymore on weekdays.
This has to be trolling. No fn way a man talks like this.
You need to seriously consider EAP-You have a CATatonic problem
Loads of young people have trouble finding jobs and would love an opportunity to go to work. Yes in an office.
If you want to spend time with your cat, stay home but give your job to someone who appreciates it
Sounds like quite the CATastrophy. 😉
Most spouses support 5x8 RTO.
@b1 My dog acts the same way. Got him during Covid at home. He misses me too.😢
It affects every aspect of my life.
Had to move parents into nursing home and took dogs to shelter. 3 hour daily commute eliminated workouts too.
That's just because cats are A-holes...
