For those in US impacted by layoff and utilizing LHH Outplacement services, how is the service? Any good?

I found their services to be very helpful. How helpful is directly related to the amount of effort that you put in. Know that you can change coaches as many times as you need - they did not make this obvious. It took me working with 3 coaches to find someone I found to be good.
Take advantage of booking and using their office space to work on your resume, LI profile, etc. Doing this helped hold me accountable to going there, focusing on the work, and making it really easy to reach out to coaches that were in the office. This is how I found the coach I really liked. It is also nice to chat with others going through a similar situation. They offer times to obtain quality, low cost headshot photos in their office.
Wait to start your program until you are really ready to start your job search to avoid wasting your program days. You can start/stop/re-start your program as often as needed.
It helps to update your resume and give you tips about how to find jobs. You will find people in similar situation from other industries. I found it was a good time investment. Chistine Glasco from LHH was of great help.
