The dual tag team of Mr Ice-Berg and his sidekick Mr Jimmy Douch-Gasbag are single handily destroying the company with abstract level incompetence. How they are still employed baffles me and everyone that knows what’s really going on. Both are going after ki-ling the geese that laid the last golden eggs at Hertz while pushing out the door anyone with a brain. Wake up Gil…and clear your head from all the cigar smoke you’ve inhaled!
The senior managers likely don't as they truly do not care what employees think. Berg, in particular, believes he is untouchable thanks to his relationship with the board (Frank Blake) so why would he care? He has never been concerned with the employees or morale. Same old Hertz - another senior manager who knows nothing about leadership.
