It isn't hard to see that Humana has a leadership that is designed to lead by fear. This isn't done in an obvious manner, it's covert. The constant threats of RIFs, PIPS, DAs, reorgs, etc are designed to keep you in lock step, constantly aiming for perfection least you become a target. It's sickening that humans are treated this way by a "human" company. The founders would be appalled and ashamed by what this company has become. I have never in my life known of a more oppressive company. Yet, people stay- until they don't and it is only when they don't that they understand what has happened to them.

@aw it really is especially once M Rhodes infiltrated our market instead of keeping her ghetto self in KY. I've never in my life met someone in such a position of power who has no idea what she is doing.
@as let us leave is right! This is like corporate kidnapping with the constant moving the dates and no real communication from "leadership" regarding when we will know anything.

Suddenly, they’re tossing out discount turkeys to the poor like they’re auditioning for Saint Nick, and shipping off dollar-store toys from China to “those less fortunate kids” with all the sincerity of a used-car salesman. Unless you hit the jackpot by being born with a silver spoon or snagging a rich spouse, good luck climbing that economic ladder—it’s basically Mount Everest with no sherpa.
Corporations? They’re only loyal to one thing: their investors’ wallets. Ho ho ho, merry capitalism!
