Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

PepsiCo has turned into a straight-up hellhole

It’s no longer a job, it’s survival mode every single day. Layoffs keep rolling in like clockwork and management counts on everyone being too scared to fight back - and they're right! Everybody stays quiet and the bullying and power trips just keep getting worse. I’ve never seen morale this wrecked or people this scared to breathe wrong at work.

@zb Saw his few weeks back at DFW airport. Lol I kept staring at him and he was hiding his face like someone is going to identify him and kick his a-s. My wife sort of stood next to him and made a comment "is he the bully and arrogant ba----d?"

Hearing he is doing the same at P&G. He loves to surround himself with non technical weak leaders.

Can a company predominantly made up of recent grads contracted from outsourcing companies innovate and grow? Do the contractors even care?
Many of the contractors I have worked with lack real-world experience, which leads to low quality work and a very long turn around time.

@e8 the whole company became a scam, starting from S&T. Pepsico is run by leadership that has no other vision than to outsource American jobs to low cost low quality India. If the core leadership is not replaced by 2026, we will all see Pepsico spiraling downhill even quicker! I may not agree with a lot of madness coming from Trump administration, however for taxing outsourcing to India and Indian contractors - they have my full support. We cannot hope for sensibility with current Pepsico leadership, so lets see how they adapt to government approach

This shouldn't come as surprise.
Seth Cohen takes the gold medal for setting the tone. Vendors and team members are still dealing with all the PTSD!!
Glad he was fired but virus is now all over. We need a full gut out.
I do see some hope with Athina. Fingers crossed.

Don’t worry. Just put your Buffalo mask in front of your face during one of the time wasting pep rallies, and all will be well. How anyone in the SLT is still employed here - or anywhere for that matter - is a case study in the enigma of human stupidity.

Ram and Ramon need to go. Nothing will change though. The investors call the shots and every year we get less to do more. Corp America at its finest.
