What happens to the current ESPP balance? Do we get stocks or do we get the money back? My notice date was Sept 2 and last date is Sept 22.
As per the FAQ, if termination date is after the 15th, you get stocks but I am trying to understand will it look at the 2nd or 22nd?

@f8 you should have already gotten your mid month paycheck (deposit). Short answer is yes you will get salary until the 22nd, and severance kicks in after that.

I got clarification on this from HR - since my last date is after the 15th of this last month of ESPP, I will get stocks for whatever my contribution is, just how it would work if I was working at O.
I don't know how it works at O, but at a previous company I just got the money back in dollars, not stock.
@OP I understand it will be posted to your brokerage account in October after they buy. You can always ask payroll what they plan to do and when
