Machines are being scrapped or relocated
I walked past A shop inspection today and everything is either scrap or got a red cone on it and not right was looking at another rotor shaking his head
Is there a future for the Mancs and how many will still be working here when the rotor blanks come from China as well as the pin caps,bushes,pins,drive shafts and maybe coupling rods

Why are certain people allowed to do what they want .people have 2 dinners still. People going out to smoke when it's not there break people still not clocking out when going off site ie. This sat and Sunday people going for butties and not clocking out do we have supervision at week ends no wonder it's going down hill so pi---d off with this management team .they are so laid back . We need a change otherwise we are doomed.
I believe that noon machinery are looking at taking the maintenance department over … Watch this space
This management team need to go. Lads still having 2 dinners nothing is been done people come in on overtime and sleep for 5hours. Why because there's no supervision. And if they where they just sit in there office and do nothing for 6hours. The place is badly run can't see a future here . Get ur cvs out
More stuff been moved too stores . People will be layed off in rubber and machine shop. Next year stire lads will pick all the tubes for rubber shop so there's 2 people spare there . Good luck

I had a great day in yesterday getting paid for doing nothing. Even better when it upsets people.
Same people in on Sunday doing nothing again no wounder the place is going down . Allowed out to go and get breakfast. Then sit talking for 4hours well done .management for not helping to save us. I think it will be gone by 2028.good luck all those lazy people looking for jobs.

Been told machine shop next for cuts they have a lot off overheads.and there's too much overtime given out to the same people ie whirling .polishing pins. Blanks. The Yanks are cost cutting at all levels. Be afraid very afraid. Chemineer is not safe or oilfield. They make more scrap then the scrap man can take. They need a bigger bin .
