The GCC phone support is absolutely terrible! You can tell they just read from scripts and are unable to think outside the box to resolve issues

It's funny because Waters' CEO and his nepotistic friends overseas are offloading all of the Waters internal knowledge to GCC where it will stay. Mark my words in less than 5 years Waters will have cut out US employees in major areas like IT and will be completely reliant on GCC (InfoSys) third party workers for things we used to do ourselves... It's genuinely sinister how fast Oohdeet, Bruhk, and O-mal are dismantling this company from the inside out and selling them to Indian contractors
Facts!!! It’s a huge waste of time and detriment to our productivity. We should be allowed to have tickets transferred to IT colleagues at our respective sites if GCC is unable to assist.
