There are plenty who already do three days or less already and I noticed they’re the loudest complainers about RTO.Pretty laughable hearing one of them complaining about working till 5 on their days in while i do my 8-5, five days a-week..

I was on the call. They did not roll it back to three days.
Damage is done-no trust, too late.

These are the worst posts. "Did you hear about XYZ?" And that's it? You can't even type a couple more sentences about what it was that irritated you? For God's sakes, put a little effort into it, OP, or don't post at all.
That town hall was nothing more than a sad attempt at damage control.
They want to give you hope that things will change so you don’t leave or badmouth the company, and then nothing actually changes at all.

We just had a CIO Town Hall with Jon Summers. The whole presentation about the survey and how they are taking it seriously and how they have a plan could have been a replay of a town hall from 15 years ago. That's how generic and "fluffy" it was. There was as much substance as cotton candy.
It was laughable when I was walking my svp around over a year ago and she asked “who sits at all the empty desks?”
I responded an “organization with leadership that cares about its employees and not her concern”
I really enjoyed last month with my encore performance.
Yes we still have a few leaders outside our poppet show!
@az yeah when was the last time we were in a meeting with no word salad repeated over and over ? And when they clearly and sincerely addressed the questions ?
You are surprised that no one mentions meetings that no one bothers to attend anymore? Who wants to listen to these clowns gaslight you and pat themselves on the back at this point? When is the last time you were in a meeting where any good news was shared?

Shhh! Dont tell them about the return to 3 days RTO. We have to act surprised when the announcement comes out.
