So far, Intel has not implemented any AI system that can reduce HC. Is LBT going to lead the company in that direction ?

@ke this spectacular analysis @OP+1k5ejd70x certainly raises the bar for Intel management
@j4 AI can also replace management
If a computer algorithm can replace your job then u were never that important anyway. Ìts just catching up with u. Soft skills vs hard skills is key.
So you're telling me there might be a chance?
now now children, Al has enough love for everyone
@g9 You obviously have no clue how AI works. Please STFU
I will replace employees in Intel!
love,
Al

While remaining management might want to replace individual contributors with artificial intelligence, the individual contributors would like to replace management with some real intelligence. Neither desires are likely to be realized.
I understand there is a team putting tool vendor manuals and training guides into an AI database to come up with solutions to tool issues quicker.
There is a better chance of AI replacing Intel
An AI model needs to be competently developed and trained by competent people, so no, there's nobody at the company to develop or train the thing
@bq Indeed. OPS lost multiple people "to AI", but it really just lumped the work onto everyone left. The systems dont work and the automons fail continuously. The 40X completes but doesnt, then you have to go and examine all the steps to see what did and didnt work. Then when you call ENG, they admit they are not sure.
But hey, Intel is great.........
ROC employees were told AI was taking over when they got laid off but they are really just giving the floor back the responsibilities.
yes. OTOH Pat led Intel in that direction and your statement is correct
definitely good for investors if intel implement AI in the workplace
