TD Automation group has cheaters and release internal data system design to third party company. The manager Rao sent internal data to PDF Solutions (a small company from Asia), and helped PDF Solutions to cheat LTD managements. Rao keeps on lying to TD management and release IP. Is this criminal which should be reported?
