It's a nightmare trying to find a job right now. I hate my job, but I've never been more scared of losing it because of the state of the job market. So many laid off folks are sending out hundreds of resumes and can’t even get a callback. It's a scary time for sure.

Ford needs to shrink by 50%
Based on the attitude of the complainers here, can you be surprised someone else doesn’t want to hire them?
And it almost year end ,, hiring will only slow down more, that will a-s another 6 months wait
Don’t trust anyone who is from silicon valley companies, they were useless people who are at ford and know that if they don’t layoff a fell nobody will respect them, poisonous snakes! Esp the Indian ones
Yup, laid off, Some got jobs already, but many don't have anything. It's very bad, so bad that applying for jobs is a waste of time at this point. Play smart at Ford, it does not matter how much you do there, it matters more how you articulate even with 0 contributions. Watch for newly transitional chiefs , they are pure snakes with a purpose. I was canned by a few new snakes.
