I hate that we have to have this mind set, but its a new month so im wondering if layoffs are coming around again. With the amount of issues with clients and clinicians due to all of the changes and clinicians choosing to leave due to it all, I can only imagine how much was lost money wise so worried about if/who will be cut next.

DEI is right. That is their entire focus now with this company!!
Ive noticed alot of Host side coming slowly to teams on medsol side. I worry Host will be eliminated like Aureus was sooner than later. I assume by end of year
they “eliminated” the role of someone on the host corporate side while she was on maternity leave. just gross behavior
@OP I was thinking this today they are losing money left and right due to their bad choices especially offshoring jobs. But they continue to degrade the onshore workers as they praise the ones causing them to lose money. But hey Ill continue to sip my tea as DEI hires fight to be the dominant ones. Clinicians and clients are not stupid they know what is going on. Constant changes are a bad look.
