Has anyone being released in Sept. receive ERP final paperwork?

@hs certainly hope not! However we really haven’t signed any kind of contact, won’t get those papers until after our exit date!
@fr, to the comment below, are you kidding, no one can fire us after we take ERP and we all know that, you have to be leadership talking out your a-s here because we all know that's a lawsuit waiting to happen if one of us got fired after accepting the ERP. We are not as stupid as you think we are. Yes work "not" harder and just plain smarter. Coming on here to try and scare us doesn't work. We know it's you Humana "managers/leaders" trying to get in our heads, so just stop with the BullSh-t, we all know you better than you think! The ones that will be left know all to well, so just stop with the bullsh-t, they all know just like we all know and will play the hunger games with you after we all are gone
Each area is different. I think it's as they said they're keeping the associates in critical roles longer.

@f4 exactly! Wonder if they’re letting go the ones first who aren’t meeting metrics? Keeping those who are until the end of time to help there scores out🤦🏻♀️🤬
@f4 I believe they want to let people leave, just leaving in waves, not at the same time. The agreement seems reasonable, but we're giving up all legal rights to sue Humana, not eligible for rehire to any Humana jobs. Be patient, don't work too hard, focus on transitioning your work. It'll be a smooth process. Good timing to leave Humana.
I am jealous that you got Sept. The rest of us are being held hostage hoping we will quit first.
