What's the direction of claims

All of p&c claims? What's the direction and what's going on? And what is going on with fire claims also?

Claims has all new managers and they are just destroying claims to get another feather in their cap and promoted.

Agree that many would take it but it has to be approved. Any thought that they may utilize the VE to start replacing wfh with hub employees. They have control over how many they will let leave.

2040 Workforce! just look around and do the math! Bring in trash, work them to death for a couple of years, make them quit or fire them. Start over and basically keep everyone except a few around the base starting salary. It's going to get a lot worse as they will have thousands of underwriting employees to use/abuse and the job market is not good. Progressive is not only out growing us, we will never catch them. Fire company is an absolute insane sh-t hole. I got out last year and just got forced back in July. You have too many SMs and CMs that have no claims experience f-cking everything up. Extremely 2040 and all of them "check the box"! Auto is pretty f-cked up too. They won't offer the severance claims as 50-60% of us would leave.
