The most inefficient survey. Not sure why everything is open ended… how are you supposed to collect quantitative data that way to measure against a benchmark or standard? Why do we get surveyed so often with little to no change being made in between? AND THE KICKER IS…. Leadership will comment back but won’t actually address any improvements or action in person!!!!!!! It’s all for show. This place is a joke

Despite responding to Peakon surveys with 9s and 10s, I still got laid off. Pernicious eyewash.
@fy oh sorry forgot to mention yeah I confronted management about it… what did they say to me? “I don’t have time to talk about this right now”
Peakon surveys are as anonymous as gloryholes made from plexiglass. They also serve the same fundamental purpose.
I marked those emails as spam over a year ago, so no more spam!
These surveys are a total joke and a trap. The survey questions are not actionable and there is no accountability for the results or corrective action. There used to be a third party that would tabulate and report the results. Now this reporting is managed internally and there is no privacy or confidentiality so respondents are not truly encouraged to give more detailed or honest feedback. Middle managers fear the surveys and senior management is not managed or measured by the results. Another shameful action by HR and the EC to control the Peakon survey process.
I unsubscribed from receiving these over a year ago - utter nonsense
It’s all for show. Nothing is going to change. The leadership of this company has shown us who they are and we should believe them.
OP, you said that management doesn’t follow up in person. Your name is not attached to your comments. If you want action then you need to have the conversation with your manager directly during a 1:1. Stop hiding behind a survey. You would be irate if your manager blind sided you on a performance review with all negative comments and ratings. It’s a two way street.
Serious question OP and all,
Why do you bother with Peakon? Why?
Do you think it helps?
All it is, is a tool to identify annoying people and give them the works later on via layoffs.
Only a mor-on answers these surveys.
@c0
Senior leaders don’t care about what their peers think of them. All they care about is hitting a number by end of year so they can lock in their bonus. That’s it!
@a9 I actually said I have no idea what context you are using the word silo in since it's a thing used for farming. They said we should meet and talk about it. 🤣
I give low ratings where they deserve it, but I stopped commenting for now. I think I'll wait until I'm ready to quit before having fun with my last survey.
As stated, it's not anonymous, so if HR decides you're a potential problem, they can out you.
These surveys are zero value added, and they know it.
You don’t get it at all, do you.
The ONLY aim of Peakon is to identify those who are unhappy and get rid of them.
There is absolutely no other reason behind Prakons.
Rate everything low. Sr leaders will tkae a hint when they see most of the employees are not happy with their bs compared to when they first rolled these out. Enough people need to stand up and be on the same page to get the message across
Do not fill them out! They are no longer anonymous!
Haven't filled one out in a very long time. Waste of time and a trap.
WTF is a silo? I mean it's holding wheat or grain?
I rated them as “almost meets”.
