Just wait until the official announcement. That way the “exact” amount will be known to all. All you need to do is have PATIENCE. You gave all the time in the world to COMPLAIN about it afterwards.

I heard it's gonna be 20% this year.
ABU is getting 5% (announced to all employees on australian payroll already). That means the US will be something above that. US structure is always higher than Australia.
Should be 7.5% in the US.
