Global payments employee here. Many of the employees here still do not know if they’re staying with Global payments are going to FIS a decision has been lingering for some areas. I’m curious on your end at FIS what’s the word on the street? What have you heard regarding TSYS/issuing and the employees that will be coming to FIS.

Run... FIS will bleed the company dry as it assimilates until nearly every person is fired or leaves... rinse and repeat.

I work in the PMO. And the only communication we received was the initial merger announcement. It's been crickets ever since. However, a reorg is supposed to be announced. But it's been delayed. Maybe it will give us some insight.
@OP what segment are you in, merchant or issuing?
Lot of clients and accounts on file but still old tech and hard to sell solution.
