Nothing to say that has not been posted here already. spoke with him on multiple occasions. this guy is a joke. lot of blatant lies on his linkedin profile too. not much of a career trajectory either. mid level PM to getting kicked out of adobe to being jobless for a couple years to landing this job. his connections in the board got him here. pity.

I’m in the product team and am dreading mondays always. I would love to get a layoff package so I can start applying to other jobs, but Wells Fargo is so busy.
@ab I have heard this but it wasn’t someone in the product team, it was someone in the engineering team who was then mysteriously laid off.
I work in this org and reading this I am so happy to know I am not alone. I’m so thankful to be leaving this company. I wish I would just get laid off when he joined. He treats women really badly for sure. He also treats men slightly less badly. Everything he does is to demean people in his organization, no one is motivated to work hard for him. Everyone, including one of his VPs he nepotistically brought in hate his guts and have mentioned their disagreements to others in open forums. One thing I have learned in my long career is that people always reap what they sow. When you will google his name this forum will appear, he won’t be able to lie his way to another meaningful role again. I just hope that one day he can learn some humility but in a way that doesn’t completely ruin him. I hope he can one day learn to feel the way he damages people he speaks to or have the misfortune of reporting to him. But we can take this as a learning experience that if this disgusting sick person can become a CPO, we can all do 10x more impactful and meaningful things, and we know every thing to not do in the future.
Ajay's words literally mean nothing. He says a lot of words, but if you actually listen to the words he's saying his sentences make absolutely no sense.
@at there are only 2 potential reasons to say that. 1) this is Ajay himself 2) You’re out of your effing mind. Panos may have faults and there could be another engineering executive that could perform better but he is at least equipped and seemingly intelligent enough to do his job. Ajay is neither of those things.. it’s like not even a comparison. I saw someone on a post say he’s not fit for a director job at the company and this is accurate. His industry knowledge is literally zero- again just listen to his words and then imagine the damage being done when customers/partners hear this nonsense.
He’s not the problem, Panos is the problem
@ab yea that absolutely sounds like an HR case waiting to happen. But if I check my notes, the PM group’s HR rep was let go last year and then our chief people officer Tr1cia was the interim hr contact directly for the group. She didn’t do anything of course and now was laid off too. So it’s like anything goes over there now
