What till they realize all the pm and po roles can be outsourced too as there are a ton of certified PM’s and POs in India and they can force them to do whatever they want.
We are being told to expect reductions, 10-30% in GTO onshore, before EOY but no exact date.
This is due to a those jobs moving to India.

don't know about layoffs but I do know AVIP is going to su-k this year.
2026 is all India, all the time.
If there are they'll start up after the 15th to align with payroll cycle and they can get them all in before Q4 start.
