To answer your question, if you google for yourself, the first three are in regards to the RX rebate whistleblower and the last is for some other kickback settlement.

I hope Pharmacy rebates are no longer being under reported to both provider groups and CMS. Although, that could have just been a rumor but someone did tell me that Humana settled with a whistleblower for something like a million dollars. But once again, I could have been given bad information. But I did google lawsuits and settlements for Humana and was shocked at what I did find.
