Didn’t he announce market based culture? That means I in non hub against you in hub. Perform better than me and I lose else you lose. There’s no meaning of collaboration and hubs or teams no more. It’s individual competitive heads only that will survive the fittest.

The exception should be of course for customer-facing roles in retail stores. Everyone else, get your butt in Dallas or Atlanta.
