Some tech leads from one particular region are biggest snakes.
You can clearly see how they su-k up to individuals in the same location, praising them while no words of appreciation for folks who are not in the same region as them or ones they're threatened by.
Fid managers are bad in identifying real talent by promoting people just coz they have spent X years in a role, pathetic.
Spot on with these tech leads thinking themselves as God, I rather get rid of these toxic ones.
