What typically happens if you fall below attendance model first time? Do you get put on a naughty list?

You can back date some days. Input a few WFA days. You can use these to WFH. It will update on Monday.

I’ve been below twice and have had to sacrifice sick days to fix it, not fun. People on my team have been axed after 2 strikes.

Yeah my team use to consist of 7 people and we are now down 2 people due to 5 of the team members being fired for failing to meet there in office days twice in a 12 month period. Soooo yeah work has been hectic the last year and they have not backfilled any of the spots. Already told my manager I’m not staying in the office until 7am - 6pm or 7pm everyday because the company has been on a hiring freeze. What’s done by quitting team is all thats getting done.

You have 2 weeks to fix it. Throw in some work from anywhere days.

@OP you get notice from Hr advising of this and you have to accept or dispute it. Your mgr gets the same fyi. 2nd time is the same and if nothing is disputed, mgmt will be advised at some point after that they have to be the ones to terminate you for bnys in office policy or they face consequences smh
