HR is all over this sh-t, I know for a fact they read it and find it fu--ing hilarious. They used to play a game to wait and see how long it would take a disgruntled employee to start posting.
Bill Ford, Jim Farley, and HR would like to have a word with you.
They do not like falsehoods reported in this forum.
There will be no layoffs for 2025. Ford needs all workers onsite to fix recalls and warranty problems. This will take 10 years.
So, no worries guys. No Layoffs this year.
The recalls continue. I bet Ford will hit 150 safety recalls this year.
