To Managers: so what happens when you receive the results of this survey from your teams? What are the next steps for you? Is it just another way for MetLife to waste money?

Shareholders demanded to see survey results. Unclear how they verify they are getting the actual results.
The results give you suggestions on how to improve on areas that you scored lower on. It's up to the individual if they'll use their results for good or evil.
If they EXPECT to be called LEADERS then they are TOOLS.
It actually depends on your boss and how many people you have reporting to you. An individual manager with 6 - 8 reports is probably going to have an even distribution with an outlier in either direction (love / hate). Those survey's on really help in aggregate, so you can look at VPs and above.
I’d assume they 1. Ignore any constructive feedback 2. Cherry pick the parts that support their vision and 3. Use it punish those who didn’t agree with their vision and whatever strategy they are using, currently new frontier which is to fire American workers, out source their jobs and make the remaining ones work 60-80 hours under fear or being the next to lose their jobs?
