9/26 for me

I accepted the ERP, and even though my leader and I requested a November exit date, I was given September 26 (as were others in my department).
It seems as though they want to push people out as quickly as possible.
Those with exit dates 9/26 and 10/10 are already notified it seems and next lists of those in dates after 10/10 won’t be released until October. For those of us who jumped on this offer the end of July the prolonged wait is NOT good. #stillwaitingonmyexitdate
Agree. I heard who was leaving in my department, and I was honestly shocked that Humana is letting these people go
I know six people taking the offer- retirement date for all is September 26. Humana is losing some exceptional employees this ERP go round. I don’t envy those left. The holidays are going to be miserable.
