The sad thing is, despite the reorg, nothing will change. We need a bigger shakeup at the top if we want to right this ship. A much bigger shakeup.

Shake until nothing is left to shake? That is how mo--ns might approach a problem. Smart ones bring stability to an organization and not constant frikin re-orgs.
Agree the reorg missed the mark, why not can all those product VPs that cant get it done, we are all still rolling from last years reorg which caused a huge damper, now yeah we get to repeat the process. EH never announce that a reorg wont be as bad as 2024 when in reality its another scrapper. BRAVO
...kool-aid...
How? The coolaid drinkers that could say “No. That’s d-mb” have long since been fired. Which means hiring from outside. Which means more of the same id--ts that don’t know the business. Nike failed to develop a successor so wallstreet is slowly eating us alive. Just be grateful theres no pension to lose.
We are already seeing a huge turn around and productivity is back up. Stop with the lies.
First time?
It’s clear Nike’s turnaround will take at least one more round of reorgs. The leadership changes with this one have been terrible. Incompetent and toxic leaders remain all over. Now, we get to writhe in agony for another year hoping the next reorg is done right.
