That's where I worked before I left WF. Wondering if they are being affected by layoffs. I keep getting emails from temp agencies for what was essentially my same job, only for less money. Is that WF's strategy -- to get rid of permanent employees to replace them with temps? The emails for this position keep coming. I've received at least a dozen emails from five or six temp agencies, so they must be having a hard time getting people.

I just recently was able to escape that volatile hellhole and I’ve heard that since then it has been a bloodbath of layoffs. We all saw the writing on the wall in the last few years with layoffs continuing to happen and increasing offshored presence. Anyone still there needs to be applying out constantly to secure employment elsewhere, because you’re walking into a buzzsaw

Heard they are hiring 5400 contractors.
They unionized.
I used to work in ECMO. There have been alot of layoffs. Wells also consolidated it down to just a few sites in the US. Also, much of it has been offshored.
Good for you for leaving before all the cuts began.
Last I heard ECMO was being effected by offshoring pretty heavily. They manage it like customer service now instead of EO. I hear from many folks over there they're desperately trying to get out and get something with a bit more dignity. If you made it out, rejoice as its likely gotten worse since you've left.
