I dont know if anyone knew this but, Stankey is the CHAIRMAN of the Board! How could this be possible?!?! I believe that the SEC should be notified because this is DEFINITELY unethical... how can you be the ceo AND the chairman of the board... this is why he is NOT VOTED OUT! I CAN'T MAKE THIS UP!

I thought in the distant past there was a shareholder proposal to separate CEO from Chairman. Proxy material recommended voting Against and against won.
Stankey is in because Vanguard, Blackrock and State Street want it that way. If they didn't, they would field an alternate slate of directors.

You’re right by the spirit of the law, but by the letter he certainly could be outvoted by his board members. This is actually quite common.
