Mike Madsen does not care about employees. He doesn't pretend to. If he had the option to make employees "disappear", he would do it. I understand that his role is to make the company money, and that is fine, but please don't pretend to care about the employees. Stop with the bullsh-t programs that make people feel like they are "valued".
Honeywell Aerospace employees are no different than cattle on a beef farm. You are a number. You are not valued. Why is he a dictator? He rules by fear. No one will challenge him, and if they do, they are gone. He leads by intimidating his employees. He yells at employees. People are scared of him. Change my mind.

This post is so true.....after 13 years and riffed a few years ago, so happy to be out from the poisonous environment that MM has built throughout his leadership in the business ess and ISC. I've never been so unmotivated by a so called leader like Maddog. He openly admitted that he was aware of abusive leaders on his staff and did nothing about it.
I dunno the website rules, but he is the President and CEO of Honeywell Aerospace, which I believe would be "C suite". He certainly has followed the playbook of his predecessor, which is likely what the current CEO desires.
20 years ago, Aerospace was not very profitable. There was much duplication within the org structure. There was zero discipline on investment. Cash flow was nonexistent. Processes were all over the map. His predecessor spent a decade focused on fixing all that. That work resulted in a sort of "playbook" for Aerospace. Like any management approach, it has upsides and downsides.
