Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Anyone miss Cathy Bessant?

So was so in touch with us; she understood our pain. I thought it was so awesome when she said "If you don't like it here, you can leave". Such poetry and compassion.

Almost the worst 5 years of my career working for that ditzy broad. So over head, can't make this stuff up.

The only reason SB is not the "The Worst" is because KK is the most vacuous-spouting evil b!tch who knocks CB outta the park.

How do such imbeciles (male and female) get to the top of this place and succeed in enriching themselves for DECADES.

It's sick. Really sick.

Bank spent millions keeping her equipment relevant. She refused to upgrade any equipment. She lacked an innovative mindset.

I remember being on her oh so inspiring manager calls. Just like most of the bank “leaders” she was completely out of touch with reality. No clue how toxic the culture really was. Glad to escape in 2023!

Who wouldn't like it? It's a "Great Place to Work"! They tell us that so many times... it's as if they are trying to convince themselves as much as they are trying come convince everyone else.
