2020: Kirk Tanner orchestrated a $3.8B deal to buy Rockstar simply to clear the legal inconveniences that blocked us from distributing BANG
2021: direct the field to limit Bang (and later Celsius) facings to feature RS - a brand that the energy consumer DOES NOT WANT … angering customers and consumers
2025: hot-potato the steaming pile of p-o that is (what’s left of) RS over to Celsius for about about $0.20 on the dollar
