Never say NO
I tried and I was laid of next.
You'd be expected to be available almost 24x7 except sleep. I said NO to this schedule and I was let go immediately.
Say YES, Manage it smartly until you find your next Job else it will be death by grind.
DO the work, but not well.
@OP Workload will Increase for sure.
Never say NO - you can NOT DO it in the other way. Having more workload with no more money it is just ridiculous. People, respect yourselves.
why would you say no now? just don't do it
