Does this mean layoffs are completed for Mike Sicilia’s org or could we possible have more layoffs until town hall?

Sound more likely to be additional cuts on the 15th - and an 'everything is okay ' now on the Tuesday.

Confirmed for Tuesday. Managers completed training today
There have been zero layoffs in his org so far. They start Tuesday. There’s always an all hands after a big rif and reorg. This will be it.
Maybe ask Mike about it at the meeting ... well if they allow anonymous questions this time.
They might have plan ready for restructuring in multiple giu along with layoffs.
They can still squeeze if one round next week, but main bulk is complete it seems.
Likely another round Sept 2. Makes sense the town hall would be a few weeks later.
