We have some great leaders, this one lady in charge of quality got her fancy degree from the Harvard of the on the lines. I'm surprised things have turned out this way.
Everyone is looking into Chinese BYD now. Ford lost it in all aspects. Buying Ford is like buying a disposable toy car.
@af She was let go as part of the 1st lay-off waves in Q1 2019 under Hackett. Quality became the responsibility of the D & R engineer, cuz quality just happens.

this can be a mistake , article probably talking about 2015/2016 model years, how that possible to recall 2026 model year, our initial quality is sky high, we’ve been told.
