Payments technology is a toxic environment. You are not appreciated. The Indian managers tell you one thing and do something else. This is typical behavior. For example, training was supposed to be provided for Automated testing. We had 2 sessions, then nothing was scheduled. On my review I noticed that Automated testing was listed as "inconsistently meets". How can you say that when you (management) fell short in providing adequate training ? It makes absolutely no sense at all. It also shows you that Indian managers are "LIARS", and will walk all over you. Thank your Charles Elliot for having no control over your managers ! It showcases your POOR Leadership.
