Several areas in claims, help desk and SFPP have been outsourced to a company in India. If they can save pennies on the dollar… why wouldn’t they? Problem is.. the language barrier and the fact they can’t understand what we do. I can assure you the customers will suffer

Outsourcing to India isnt a smart move right now of all times. India doing business with Russia I'd guess outsource companies are about to get hit with a tariff or some type of penalty, it would crush them.

The MBA and consultant class believe that something like claims, a customer facing role at an all-American company, can be handled by the cheapest labor available anywhere all the way down to some AI if that’s what it takes to pinch pennies. I’ll just love the results of having agents everywhere still, but with an even less competent claims force than what exists today who are handling claims with a winning combo of AI and customer facing Indians in India with fake American names. Yeah, like that will last long…
