Offer it to all remote employees twice a year in groups from each area and hire more in office hubs to replace and train. Until we are fully in the hubs. Get this show on the road and fill up the hubs.
Is there somewhere I can volunteer at tribute.
Haha oh please Statefarm don't threaten me with a good time
It is a HR/policy update that got sent enterprise wide and is very poorly communicated (big surprise, not!) Not to say something won't happen, but they will likely try to find a way to reassign people to a job they may not want to do first before going through any of the policy updates HR did.
Bend over and kiss your a-s goodbye
Email today was company wide, not certain departments or people
Dang. OFFER IT TO ALL AREAS. Then move around the ones that want and need to stay.
Looks like if you don’t take voluntary you could be toast man this su-ks
Everyone in my unit got the email
Clear as mud. As usual.
I got one my entire department impacted :(
The email says there are new ways to make changes in workforce "if and when changes are needed". Big nothing burger if you ask me.
If I didn’t get the email does that mean I’m safe?
Went out company wide, impacted areas notified mid Sept.
Meanwhile check the homepage department messages, State Farm is ramping up hiring and sponsoring H1B's. The latest one is some dude in Prosper Texas with a $900,000 home (the address is in the LCA filing) and check out his salary range.
Trump I thought you were going to reform the H1B program
Good luck and good night the american dream is over as highly paid foreigners have invaded and taken over and made Frisco little India and doing a good job pushing other races out.
According to the email I just read if a business area needs to use the process they will lead with voluntary first. There may be scenarios where involuntary has to be used.
I got one does that mean my dept is impacted
@a2 source?
