The people who coined the phrase "Winning In Any Environment" must have had a significant payoff and retired by now. They probably sat around and threw darts at a board with various percentages of cuts, and then implemented whatever the dart hit. No operating models are needed. Same for these selection rounds.

It doesn’t matter. The people that developed it will get huge bonuses. Then the people in 2 years that blow it all up will get huge bonuses. Then we will bring back McKinsey and more huge bonuses will be doled out.
